Additional Information
Ballymena is a traditional market town 30 miles north of Belfast. For many years it was considered to be a 'shopping town' with a good mix of independent retailers. The Town Centre Masterplan and local business community recognised the emerging threat of nearby towns, out of town shopping and the need to provide a 'town centre offer' which was increasingly responsive to the needs of all.
