Cottam Hall Residential

Cottam Hall lies on the outskirts of Preston and is providing a greater part of the authority's new housing stock. We worked with a joint team of housing developers and a local Housing Association to prepare proposals for a 400 unit element of Cottam Hall with associated park and leisure improvements. The proposals included the setting up of a community business to train local unemployed in building and horticultural maintenance.
