Bea Landscape Design Ltd was appointed by the Easter Group for the UK headquarters of MTL Instruments Ltd at their premier 85 acre business and technology park development in Butterfield, Luton. First commissioned in 2003 as master-planning Landscape Architects for the park and following the successful completion of the Park Centre, Office Village in 2006 Bea Landscape Design Ltd worked as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the that the development complemented the park design strategy with priority given to retention of the existing mature hedgerows and areas of boundary woodland.
The design included a varied palette of landscape features including mature trees set in hard landscaping, instant native hedging to frame the car parks, low level ornamental shrub planting together with attractive wildflower meadow turfing to the periphery of the site.
The practice prepared planning drawings, construction details and administered the soft landscape contract for the project which was successfully completed by Frosts Landscapes in August 2010.
Bea Landscape Design Ltd provides landscape consultancy services for the Easter Group nationally for both commercial and industrial developments.
