The Dunbar Battery and Harbour is owned by the Dunbar Harbour Trust, a charity whose remit involves the social welfare, public education and operation of the harbour. The project undertook the regeneration of the battery, along with the creation of a new public gathering space – one that would promote education and public art, while also conserving a Listed Building.
