About Alexander Duggie

Alexander [Sandy] M Duggie is a member of the Landscape Institute. Sandy has been a member since 1984. He is also a Registered Landscape Architect (HK), a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects and the Managing Director of URBIS Limited. He practiced in Scotland from 1981 to 1985 and in Hong Kong from 1985 to the present. He has contributed to several major territorial and strategic planning studies for the Hong Kong Government, and designed a very large range of private and public sector projects from small private gardens to large scale public infrastructure works. Designed projects include public parks, open spaces and streetscapes, schools, hospitals, hotels, residential, commercial and mixed use developments and golf courses. He is also a Director of the BEAM Society Limited (2014-2020), a Member of the HKGBC Green Building Faculty and was BSL’s PDC representative on the HKGBC Green Labelling Committee from 2015 to 2019.
