About Lee Morris

Lee has been a chartered member of the Landscape Institute since 2000. He is a Director at Tir Collective providing landscape planning and design advice to public and private sector clients. Lee leads projects from inception to completion covering landscape planning and landscape design elements of projects. Current projects are diverse, encompassing mixed-use, residential, regeneration, leisure, care and later living, renewable energy, minerals, education, and green infrastructure. He has advised on the promotion of many development sites through the local plan process and onwards through planning and implementation. Lee has acted as an expert witness for different types of developments over the past 10 years at hearings and public inquiries. Lee’s design approach is collaborative, people focused and based around green infrastructure, which creates multi-functional landscapes that are places for people and nature. Sustainable drainage is an important part of his nature-based design approach which overcomes constraints and realises the opportunities based on the unique characteristics of each site.
